How to use the reservation system
1、Please purchase a chilesson ticket first.
On the image, 5 lesson tickets, expiration date 10/20/2022 - 12/18/2022 are shown.
Before you purchase a lesson ticket, the number of remaining lesson tickets is 0 in the reservation system. After purchasing a lesson ticket, the purchased ticket will be reflected in the reservation system, and the number of lesson tickets and lesson ticket expiration date will be displayed. When the lesson ticket is reflected, you will be able to reserve a lesson.
2、Reserve a lesson
(1) Click on "reservation system" in the "Member Services" page.
You can reserve a lesson with your desired tutor, date and time (Japan time) from 2 days to 2 months in advance in the reservation system. Click the "Check time difference Click" button on the page to check the time difference and reserve a lesson.
(2)Press "Member authentication Screen Click" to proceed to the reservation system.
(3)Click the "English" button on the upper right corner of the reservation system screen to switch the reservation system display from Japanese to English.
(4) Please log in to the reservation system with your "membership number" and "password.
When the screen changes to the English screen, enter the "membership number" and "password" that were included in the e-mail sent to you at the time of enrollment, and log in to the reservation system.
The number of tickets available for reservation and expiration date will be displayed.
If the number of lesson tickets is displayed as 0, you cannot make a reservation. Please make sure that there is at least one ticket left. You can make a reservation for a date and time after the expiration date as long as it is within the validity period of the lesson ticket. However, once the expiration date has passed, you will not be able to cancel the lesson or make a new reservation, and we will only be able to provide you with the lesson you have reserved.

(5) Select the date, time, instructor, and lesson content you wish to reserve.
①Click the "Reservation" button in the upper right corner to display the reservation screen.
②Select the date you would like to reserve from 2 days to 2 months ahead that is displayed in the reservation system. (Dates not displayed in the reservation system cannot be reserved.)
(e.g.) Select January 9.
③Please select your lesson preference (lesson content).
(e.g.) General Chinese lesson (list of teachers) 50 min.
④Please select your desired date and time and desired conditions, and press the "Change" button.
(6) Click the yellow mark to make a reservation.
Yellow mark indicates that a reservation can be made.Click the yellow mark to go to the reservation screen. Light blue mark indicates that a reservation has already been made and cannot be made.
*Lessons are not available from 15:00 to 18:50 (Japan time) on Monday through Friday.
(7) Click the yellow mark to go to the reservation page.
In the image above, the lesson is reserved for January 9 at 23:00 (Japan time).
(8) Enter your e-mail address and the name of the text you wish to request or use for the lesson content.
Please enter your email address for confirmation.
If you have any requests regarding lesson content, or if there is a text you would like to use, please enter it in the "Contact Memo" field.
(9)Confirm the reservation details (date, time, teacher, etc.) and click the "Confirm" button.
Please confirm the date, time, name of the teacher, and lesson details before clicking the "Confirm" button.
(9) Lesson reservation is completed.
When the reservation is completed, the reservation completion screen will be displayed.
When the reservation is completed, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Your lesson reservation is now complete.
You can check the details and status of your reservation by clicking "Inquiry".
3, Check the reservation status
Click the "Inquiry" button in the upper right corner to check the current reservation status.
4. Cancel a reservation (Cancel)
(1) Check the "Inquiry" page.
Click the "Inquiry" button in the upper right corner to check the details of your current reservation.
(2) Confirm the reservation information you wish to cancel.
Click on the relevant reservation month from the "Year/Month" button. Click the relevant reservation date displayed in the calendar of the corresponding month.
In the reference image, to cancel the lesson on January 9, click "23/1" for the year/month button, and click on the January 9 indicated in the calendar.
(3) Click the "Confirmation" button.
Click the "Confirmation" button for the appropriate reservation. Reservations cannot be cancelled if it has already been 12 hours before the scheduled lesson start time, or if the lesson ticket has expired.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. After that time, cancellation is not possible. This is only possible within the reservation system. If you miss a lesson for your own reason, we will deduct one ticket as if you have already taken the lesson. Please understand it beforehand.
(4) The "Reservation Cancellation Complete" screen will be displayed.
When the "Reservation Cancellation Complete" window appears, the cancellation is complete. An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the reservation cancellation is completed.
When you enroll, your membership information is also registered in our system. Members can change their registered information in the reservation system by themselves. However, please note that changes are not automatically updated in our system, so please contact us to inform us of any changes.
Please inform the Center of any changes in your name, e-mail address, or Skype name (please be sure to inform the Center of any changes as well).
Please make sure to set [Email contact] to [Hope].
If you set [Do not want], you will not receive important notices. Please be careful.
